2 mile warm up
8x30 sprints, 8x30 bounds
200, 400, 2x flying 150s (1 min rest)
2 a little faster than race pace, 4 much faster, 150 fast, float, accelerate.
Ran the 200 in 31, the 400 in 66, and the 150s in 23 and 24
Very good workout, cramped up afterwards like I do after racing the 400, so I feel like we were definitely working hard.
