sprints and bounds
200, 400, 200, 300, 2 flying 150s (rest-1 min, 2, 1, 1.5, 1) supposed to be near maximal for everything
Ran 32, 68, 33, 54, 23, 24
Then ran a 7:40 mile. That hurt. Incredibly taxing workout but felt good to really get some good work in. Definitely the hardest workout I've done all season.
