Reservation Run with Hill

Comments:
Ran in the reservation today. I wanted to get in a good effort so I ran up the hill to the top lake one time along the way. I actually felt good and felt strong going up the hill. I forgot just how steep that hill is so the 7:34 mile I ran going up the hill doesn't reflect the effort. After I came down I felt very good and just cruised two more laps around before turning back to the school. It's nice to feel good on a regular run again. I haven't felt strong too many times since coming back so it feels good knowing I'm getting back into it. Core and bands after
