workout with some hurdles

Comments:
4x800 at I (~2:54s flat, ~3:12 for 2 laps over hurdles in lane 3) and 400s. 800s felt pretty chill but hurdle reps felt soooo aerobically hard. The fun part was that going over each hurdle was the easiest thing I did at the track that day
