Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Because of the leg and the group I ended up running with, I only ran to Dorset and back today at a slowish speed. A third of the way back I decided that to go ahead of my group and go on my own at a quicker speed. The run was short and slow and I noticed my leg the whole time. So I ran back and hopped on the elliptical (2nd interval isn't running but ellipticalling and the 1.6 was a guesstimate that google helped me with.) I knew I only had 15 minutes so I put the resistance at 8, I wanted to feel it. I kept my striders at 155-170 per minute range. I felt it and it felt good. I fought the elliptical those last two minutes. My newly developed hunger for a good after run feel was met. Track has given me such an appreciation for a good workout.
