My Not Run

I didn't really need to log this, but two blank days in a row on my calendar would be so sad and I suppose it is helpful to track my pain. I didn't notice my leg at all for the whole day, but on the way there I noticed it. I wanted to run to AU at a quicker speed than usual. I don't know if I accomplished that. I didn't think much of my nagging leg until we started warmups. So it was decided to just head back and not do the work out, but the first couple strides on the way back pushed my leg over the top. And I would like to thank the wonderful Anthony Belber for being so helpful and so kind to everyone on the team. There are so many of us yet you still somehow deal with every single little ache and pain anyone is feeling.
