Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did the reverse 4-mile loop with the boys distance team (minus Zeke and Liam). Did drills at AU, then did 2 easy laps, then 4 Fartlek laps (jog curves, striders on the straightways). Did some handoff practice, which should come in handy tomorrow, with Tristan, which was a bit of a challenge. Ran back with Matt on Nebraska at a pretty easy pace. Feeling pretty light and exited for tomorrow.
