Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Was supposed to do this tempo in the reservation but my GPS watch was dying so I was afraid it would stop in the middle. For that reason I went on the track. My quads were sore from the res hill yesterday but I still felt pretty good. After the first mile Alec and Erik jumped in with me to help pace. I Was able to keep an even pace running 5:55, 5:55, 5:54, 5:56. It didn't feel extremely easy but at the same time it wasn't too hard. Nice to get in another quality run
