Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Was tired today after work, and my knee was bothering me, but I set out for the tempo. Did 6 miles, with about a 10 second break in between just to turn around so I could switch up directions to help my knee out. My paces were 6:16, 6:15, 5:59, 6:00, 5:43, 5:45. This was tougher than a usual tempo, and one thing that I have been bad at this season is pacing. Even though the times are consistent, I am all over the place. That I need to improve on. Tomorrow morning is going to be a struggle since I am really sore and I have 14 on the schedule.
