Weather: inch worms flying high. 80, sunny, hot, humid.

Comments:
inch worms, inch worms everywhere. anyway, this was a much better run than in runs i've had this week. breathing was okay and legs felt sore but after half a mile in, they felt pretty good.

No extra work.
