Pre-meet Footbridge

Comments:
We did our usual team warmup then all of the guys that were racing went and did a foot bridge. Then when we got back we did some practice on our handoffs(400 meters) about 8 times doing 50 m handoffs. Then we did 6 100 m strides and I went back in and stretched. Later in the night I rolled.
