Weather: High 60's- Really nice

Comments:
My tendon is really hurting and I cant do any drills or strides because it hurts to snap my knee back really fast. Comfortable run though, although these morning runs are meent for comfort and just an easy way to raise my mileage. Im not supposed to be any faster then 7 minute pace in the morning but just slightly under wont hurt.
