Exercise Type: Bike

In an unexpected turn of events, last minute I did not go to the meet. After talking with the lovely Anthony Belber, it was decided that maybe a day of light cross training would be better than pushing myself in a race.
So I did some strengthening with some other track-ers:
Plank progression (1 min each) and plank leg lifts (20 each)
3 sets of crunch progression
3 sets of push up progression
40 superman replacements (I don't know what they are called, but I do them instead of supermen)
On the Bike:
I went 25 minutes on a restraint of 3.5 at an average of 90 RPM. I started out at a restraint of 5.5 going at a slow speed, but I was told that I might get a better work out on a lesser restraint at a faster speed. It felt really nice, but I still like the elliptical more.
