second sole workout

Comments:
did a workout with the group from second sole for the first time. grogan was there, so we ran together. this was a little faster than i intended to go, but i felt pretty comfortable. definitely prefer longer intervals, especially since i haven't done anything this fast in a while, but it was a good workout nonetheless. the 1k loop was a little short, so the times are faster than our actual pace. 1:45 rest btwn each. the prescribed progression was 3k@half pace, 2k@10k pace, 1k@5k pace, 800@3k pace
