Comments:
1 with steeple practice this morning. Felt really rough, heavy, and stiff this morning
after steeple practice in the afternoon I felt great on the run, still had caffeine buzz goin though
4x barefoot striders in the field
still not sure what I'm doing with regards to the end of the season, tomorrows workout will tell alot
