All ohio, another 10 second PR!
Felt really good on the warmup, then felt the usual pre-race tiredness.. felt like I was gonna puke around lap 2 or 3..
legs started hurting pretty early on... Not sure why, they felt good at the start.. need more sleep I think
barefoot cooldown at first then some running with shoes on later
