200's on the track

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did the usual team warmup then the guys who are going to racing Saturday did a warmup to the light house and through the golf course the rest of the guys did a premeet. Then when we got to the track we did 6 100 meter strides and then me and Niall went off to do our 200's while the rest of the guys did 40 meter floats. Me and Niall did:
3x200 at 400 pace with a 5 minute recovery jog.
We were very consistent without pacing each rep was less that .2 seconds apart. It didn't feel like I was going all out at all. Then we all did a extended boynton mile and came back to the track to do some hurdles.
