Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
I cross trained for 45 minutes, which felt familiar. It sucked to not be running but I enjoyed chatting with first Sarah Naatz and then Sarah Pillard. My knee hurt a tiny bit while I was ellipticalling, and unfortunately also hurt some while walking around afterwards . I also did some lifting and strength after I finished with my x-train.
