Weather: In the nicely air-conditioned gym
Comments:
Got up at 6.30am to go to the gym this morning! Crazy I know but thats what being on a health resort does to you. Could only do 20mins on the treadmill as the gym was pretty small and there were a few people waiting for the treadmills so didnt want to 'hog' it. But I did do a bit of the bike and cross trainer so made up for it.
Also swam 50 laps (45mins) today - the most I've ever swam in my life (probably!)
