For K Part 1

Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
I started with a little bit of strength work while waiting for a machine.
I only got 1 set of crunch progression and 2 sets of push up progressions done and before that was the planks and plank leg lifts.
I got on the elliptical and was planing to go for 45mins to an hour, but I noticed my leg and decided I would go for half and then half on a bike. I was at a resistance of 6. I didn't think anything of my leg but after telling a friend my disappointment of having my leg nagging me, I was told to get off the elliptical. I was going for 3 mile in 30 min thing and I was at 28 mins already and didn't think 2 more minutes would hurt, but my friend was very persistent so I left it at a weird ending point. And then I got on a bike (For K Part 2.) Yes another Lana Del Rey reference. Sometimes I can't help myself. I guess this one is more Lizzy than Lana, but now I'm off topic.
