Comments:
ran in the late afternoon, threw in some pick-ups or long strides or something in the middle on the fields behind the high school for the heck of it. My legs tightened up really quickly, but I felt good. I went down on the track and dropped a 29 second 200 47 minutes into the run without any break before or after, so that felt good.
