Comments:
This was a pretty neat loop. Down Carriage, then along Perry/Taggart, Up Hyatts, back Liberty, through the park, back along the railroad path. The hill on Hyatts was good, reminded me of God's Hill. I felt pretty messed up and dizzy afterwords. I think i had zero electrolytes/sugar in my bloodstream, and the water just diluted it even more. Had a sprite and felt much better. Hopefully I won't be a pussy this week like I was last week.
