Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Zac and Jay today. We did a lap on potters, then a nice 600 meter grass add on across from the woodchip trail. Then we did a lap on the woodchip trail, went to the res, and then one more grass add on before finishing at the track. Legs were sore today and I felt better as we got moving. The 200's reminded me how I lack speed, as they usually do but went 33, 34, 33, 33 with a 200 jog between each. Form drills and core after. I'm hoping to go easy tomorrow and feel fresh for saturday.
