did a 7 AM run today and it was okay. shins were super sore on my run. i haven't gone 3 in weeks. oh no.. anyway, breathing was okay but my legs just felt like shit today.
splits: 9:55, 2:51 (0.35 miles), 9:39.
extra: lunges, 3x25 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats.
