150s and steeple stuff

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
20 min warmup then 8x150 w/ continuous rest then 15min cool down

did drills and a couple strides over hurdles, brandon said i looked smooth. i never really feel that smooth unless im booking it (i.e. faster than steeple pace) so i generally just take his word for it when he says that. then we just went straight to the water pit because i didnt really feel like taking that many blows going over barriers and into sand and everything. i did three water jumps. they were slow and cautious and not perfect but i placed my foot correctly and landed on one foot and didnt splash too much so i am okay with it.

nervous and dont know if this is a good idea bc i really care about steeple and need a good summer->good cross season->fast indoor season->fast steeple.
