AU workout 6 400s

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Good workout today at AU. 8 striders to start then 6 400s at a little over an 800 pace. Ran with a large group including Matt, Gaba, Sahil, and Noah. My times were 74-75-72-73-76-70. Would have liked a little more consistency in my times but I was happy with the speeds. Started to tire and just feel generally tired in my legs on the fourth and especially fifth intervals before pushing the last one as much as I could. Felt no pain in the groin which was good. Tomorrow is off and Sunday I have a soccer game so depending on how much I play, my next run might not be until Monday. Lifted today during assembly.
