Cornell run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did the usual warmup. Then Ran up through Cornell through the cascadilla gorge and up through college town all the way back through the Cornell track and into the plantations. Then we went around Bee bee lake once and made our way through Cornell tip we got to the cemetery and back down to IHS. Had no problems with my door at all which is a good sign. Did abs when I got back.
