Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was looking at pictures and results from the Boston Marathon before my run today so that got me excited to go out there. My legs were feeling extra sore today. My calves especially felt like rocks. But i decided not to look at my watch, only to listen for the beeps at each mile so I know how far I was. I kept it relaxed and felt very comfortable aerobically. My legs were definitely beat up though
