Western 5 mile

Comments:
Anthony went with the throwers today so the seniors led a steady run along Wisconsin and Western, with people turning around at various points. On the way out, most of the team stayed together and the pace was pretty good at a little under 7:30 per mile. Noah, Silas, Danny and I turned around at 2.5 miles. Didn't feel great on the way out but the second half back was miserable. My legs felt fine but my head hurt and I felt nauseous at times. My stomach started to cramp up around the 4 mile mark and I had to stop for a minute before continuing on. I hadn't felt good all day, especially after lunch when my stomach started to hurt so it made sense that I felt bad on the run. Hopefully I'll be feeling better tomorrow and ready to get in a good workout.
