Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
5 minutes of warmup and cool down, 5x1 min (resistance 6) and 5x30 sec (resistance 7) and 2 minutes of recovery in between each pickup. afterwards we did 3 sets of 3 push-up rotations (3 each type), clams, and some sets of superpeople. Grace, Gillian and I played celebrity for the second half of the workout, which always makes it more fun. Today I saw Peter, Grace and Zoe playing celebrity, so I'm glad to see that the game introduced by Rachel during winter is continuing.
