30 min bike

Planned to a 4 or 5 mile steady run today but I felt this really weird pain in my upper leg on the warmup jog yesterday. I felt it on the striders yesterday but not on any of the intervals but it was more bothersome today. It doesn't feel serious and I don't think it's muscular, which is good but if I feel it tomorrow morning, I'll talk to Veronica. Cross trained on the recumbent bike for 30 minutes switching between level 5 and 10 at a decent pace so I got good training in anyway. The good thing is that, because cross training doesn't take as long as running, I had time to lift after practice. I plan to do a light, short run tomorrow, since it'll be 48 hours before Saturday's race but I'll see how I'm feeling.
