Weather: High 60s, cloudy for the first half, sun breaking out later

Comments:
My favorite track workout by far: 8x400m with one lap recovery. Exhausted and apprehensive, thinking we would do 4x400m, 4x200m, I decided when Anthony tapped me and gave the assignment that I would have a good, hard workout. I didn't have to think too much during this one: Zeke in front and Kravitz and Jackson behind all kept me honest throughout. On the seventh, I tried my strategy of cruising the first 200m and kicking the second, but it didn't work. For the other ones, I forced myself to attack the first 200m. Contracted a severe headache at the end, a sign correlated with hard work, especially at BK.
