It feels good to log 8 miles before the sun even comes up. Its going to be a long hot summer and I need to get my training in and not sit on the sidelines like I did last summer. This is the way to do it. Early morning workouts!!

With 34.11 miles in for the week this makes for my third highest mileage week for the year. Good possibility I could hit 40 miles this week!
