Weather: cool, 50s, cloudy.

Comments:
nice run today, best one this month.. although it was short since i had to go to class, it was nice and cool, not very humid :) legs felt good, breathing was okay. i'm sick so my nose was stuffy :(

splits: no splits.

extra: lunges, 3x25 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats.
