Comments:
thru riverside park back by martin centre. a truly terrible run, felt tired at about 4 minutes, very slow and eventually had to start walking at about 22 minutes. legs hadn't recovered from yesterday or the whole week, also been cutting back drastically on sugar, legs just haven't recovered yet. grinded hard at end to finish less than 40 minutes, otherwise nothing good came of this run
