IMAZ Workout. With Marty, Mike, Bob.
Very tired after a long weekend of hard labor.
WU -600(drill every 3rd 25).  I think we were short here and only did 500.  I concentrated on fist drill and zipper drill.  
Swim 2x[5x100(10") even @65-70%, 1x500 same pace].  1:30, 1:33, 1:31, 1:33, 1:32, 7:52, 1:33, 1:34, 1:33, 1:34, 1:34, 7:48.  I think I pushed a bit harder than I should have.  It felt like I was pushing 75% or more.  But the times would suggest that I was doing more like 70%.  I could feel that I was going slower for the 500.  I would start out fine, but I got tired around 200 and I could feel my form falling apart around 300 and then my concentration was on form and not pace.
Swim 10x50(15") head out for 1/2 of each 25.  With my head out I really noticed my legs and butt sinking.  Also, I was having to put more energy into keeping my head out.  After the first couple of reps, I was trying to notice things at either end of the pool as though I was actually sighting.  I basically had to take "snapshots" because so much was going on (splashing, swimming, breathing, sighting, etc).
KSP 4x150(15") by 50.  Only did 3.
