Exercise Type: Bike

I asked Amanda for the workout and tried to modify it to a bike. Usually it's :30 is equivalent to 1 200. The whole thing was going to end up being too short though, so I did a longer warmup and cooldwn and I did 6 instead of 6. It was still really short. Afterwards I did some push-ups and squats. Peter, Grace and I played celebrity throughout the workout and while stretching, so that made it a lot better.
