Today was an easy run after work. It capped off the best week I have had since returning to running after the 8 year break!

I need to keep increasing my mileage. this week I hit 38, next week I would like run at least 42 and then 46. Along with keeping the 6 days a week I also need to extend a weekly long run as well as maybe adding two-a-days! We are definitely on the right path and need to keep up the good work. Lets cut cigarettes!
