Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Starting the week off on the strong side and ending the month on a plus. Despite having those 5 or 6 days with no running April has been a great month! I may not come in where I want to be with mileage but we have plenty of time to correct those problems. Today was just an easy run home from work. I felt like I was going faster than I was. I was working a lot of form and keeping good strides with the legs. Keeping good running form allows the body to go faster without increasing heart rate.
