Comments:
After 20 clams and 50 pushups, ample strength work with Peter, during which I aggravated this silly chest injury again (I'll ice it if I have to!), I put the speed workout off until tomorrow and set out to do the Cathedral back way loop with Danny and Silas. Danny peeled off after 14 minutes, while Silas and I pressed on. We discussed my regrets from high school and what I would have done differently.
