Comments:
Went over to AU with Tyler and Trent; I would be doing a 12, 8, 4, 2, (one-lap recovery) they a 8, 4, 2, 1. During third period this morning, I set goal times of 3:42, 2:19, 62 and 28 and completely missed them, making me wonder whether I should have done the workout yesterday because of Tristan, Zeke and Anthony's motivating presence. Splits were 73, 73, 78; 72, 73; 33, 34. Still felt like I worked hard and am at least happy with the 1200m. Displeased with how Silas and I dragged our feet during the warmup with multiple trips to the bathroom and taking forever to do striders.
