Pre-meet extended foot bridge

Comments:
Nice and easy pre meet run. Did the usual warmup. After that we headed up for a foot bridge since it was a pre-meet. We took it easy and relaxed throughout it. That was a little over 4 miles then we decided to extend it with a boynton mile. After that we went to the track and did some progressive 100's. We did 10 of the 100's with a 100 jog back. During these I focused on foot placement, and making sure i did a forefoot strike not mid foot strike what I normally do. I've been trying to make this transition from mid foot strike to forefoot strike. I also focused on bringing my knees up. Afterwards I lifted and did a good amount of rolling and stretching.
