I meant to do this workout yesterday but I forgot to bring shorts to school, so I didn't end up doing anything yesterday. The workout that I did was 5 4 3 2 1 (in minutes) with 2 minutes of recovery between each. I did the first 2 with resistance 5, then 5.5, then 6, then 7 for the last minute. Afterwards I did planks, push-ups, and superpeople. It was awesome to watch Grace working hard as she finished up biking, and in general its been inspiring to see her work so hard and improve so much over the course of the season. Also, Isabel, don't be too wedded to that date, because it will just set you up for a rough time when Dr. Rudzki inevitably does something mean.
Speaking of Dr. Rudzki, I saw him yesterday, and he's pretty sure I have IT band tendonitis, but unfortunately, wants to check to make sure it isn't another stress fracture, since I've had a stress reaction in a weird place before. Its frustrating that the stress reaction is still coming back to stop me even after so long of a recovery. But I'm almost positive it isn't a stress reaction or fracture, so I should be able to get in some time trials in a week and a half or so, after the doctor sees the MRI.
