Extended oakcrest

Comments:
On accident me and Neil started to doing the team warmup but distance guys weren't supposed to. All of us wanted to do a oakcrest besides hunter who went off and did his own run. We definitely pushed the pace up the hill which was partly my fault because I was trying to keep the pace consistent. We slowed a little on the flat part until we got to oakcrest rd. when we went up the hill me Ian Silas and Neil we're going fast like at least 7 flat pace but it didn't feel all that bad at all. We made a quick little stop at the mall... Then we headed back down at an easier pace. We went back through the trail instead of back down Remington them we extended with a half boynton mile. Afterwards we did 15 mins on abs and foot excercises.
