Comments:
After two off I was able to get back out there for a good 7 mile run! I used it a lot like a tempo run hammering miles 2.5-4.5 backing off a bit and then working the last mile home.
I should end the month with about 106 miles. About 40-50 miles off pace. I am also only going to get about 34 miles in for the week. I was hoping to have 42. Taking the second day off this week hurt. BUt I was really tired. I think it may be from a combination of poor diet and hydration along with working so hard over the weekend. These summers are hot and I have to drink more water!
