"Faster" Day

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Warm, humid, with a sea breeze

Comments:
Ran 24 minutes for a warm up to enders island and back.

Workout: 1 min, 2min, 3, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1 min, then 4X30secs at around 5k (a little faster) pace with half time recoveries around the island (~33 mins total)

Cool Down: Ran easy for 10 minutes out and back

*Felt really good for a fast day...I love doing this workout...got back just in time to get a little kayaking in with Matt in the bay :)
