Comments:
i felt pretty sore on the run, but strangely enough, every time i told myself to slow down and relax, that made me go faster as if i was being more efficient in some way. felt good coming in at end. still feel kind of hefty while running despite weight probably being down. I think it is my lack of speed atm.
