Workout at the track

Comments:
I didn't feel all that good during this workout but I still gutted it out. My ankle was hurting a ton but I took some ibeprophin and that helped a lot. I also wrapped it. We did a progressive workout through the commons and back to the high school then around this one field. Then we did 6 strides 2 easy 2 medium 2 hard 50 m each with 50m jog back. We did a workout where we did repeats starting at 100 m and progressively adding on 10 m each rep and adding on 1 second each rep so it got progressively harder. Recovery was jog back+10m. I made sure to wear trainers since my ankle was hurting so much. I felt like at the beginning I was over condensing a little too much be as the workout went on I started to run normally. I ran with Niall for the entire workout and my ankle did hurt but I managed to get through hitting most of the times on point. Afterwards we did a boynton mile all the way around the high school then went around the track a few times. Afterwards we did hurdles and drills for a good amount of time. During the cool down a few of the guys went off to the falls and missed the hurdles so coach gave us a good talking about our practices and discipline. I hope it hit all the guys I wanted to say something but I just couldn't get it out. I was sorta disappointed with myself. I did and afterwards as well. I hope my ankle will be fine by Monday and especially for Loucks games where there will be some of the best competion in the northeast. Really pumped.
