Another mediocre race in the books, one giant SIGH from me
3k in 10:37 - problem was i did not push myself. when the group i should have stayed with and COULD half stayed with sped up in the beginning, i just didn't respond. i didn't race, i just slogged along. it did not feel hard, it just felt slow and stupid. i know i have so much more to give, i just can't be so afraid of feeling pain in a race and dying. even if i die, at least i tried.
managed to run ~9 miles today though with all the warm-ups and cooldowns I did
