I had today off so I went to the gym before running some errands.
Back Squat:
8x 135lb
3x 185lb
1x 205lb
1x 225lb
I was happy I got 225 but definitely need to work on that.
8 rounds:
5x pull-ups
10x goblets squats 24kg
10x burpees
Did some abs later in the freshly mowed backyard with the pups.
